Dennis earned first an associates in the science from Cascadia community college. After that he transferred to the University of Washington where he earned a Bachelor's in Mathematics

Dennis has been tutoring for four years and is capable of instructing all mathematical subject through Multi-variable calculus and differential equations. Taking a rigorous logical and proof driven approach to mathematics.

Dennis is also completing his student teaching assignment at Issaquah High School where he instructs personal finance.
WHY DENNIS TEACHES
Dennis initially started his time in college pursuing medicine, hence the first associates degree. Along the way however he found that strict mathematics came very intuitively to him. Upon remembering advice from Mike Rowe to do what you're good at, and advice from a high school coach that teaching was a good career a change of direction was made.
Dennis began to pursue teaching and after completing his Bachelor's in mathematics began a Master's in secondary education. Dennis enjoys mathematics, treating it as a collection of puzzles. He is adept at finding and showing multiple ways to approach and solve different problems.
FUN FACT ABOUT DENNIS
Dennis pursues, as a hobby, strength athletics like Powerlifting and Strongman. Competing in some local shows around the western Washington area. He is also an avid motorcycling enthusiast, having taught a few people to drive and ride motorcycles as well as repair and restore a few.
