WHY AZITA TEACHES
I teach because I’ve seen firsthand how a teacher can change a life. I know what it’s like to navigate the challenges of growing up, and I also know the power of having someone who believes in you.
I strive to make learning engaging and relevant, helping students see how ideas connect to the world around them. I want to spark curiosity, encourage critical thinking, and foster an environment where students discover the joy of learning.
Beyond academics, I care deeply about my students as individuals. I hope to guide them through one of life’s most transformative periods and help them grow into thoughtful, resilient people.
FUN FACT ABOUT AZITA
I love to run and hike with my German Shepherd, Thor. He’s a total goofball, and we like to name his toys after famous scientists and mathematicians (Schrödinger’s Cat, for example). Suggestions for new names are always welcome!
